How to Lose Belly Fat

Belly fat has become a serious issue and irritation among young people all around the world. This is due to our lifestyle. Most of us have no time to exercise, to cook food and even to have food. Which has created a huge imbalance in health.

Here are easy ways to lose your belly fat :

  1. Eat breakfast.  Eat breakfast which helps to lose weight. Eating breakfast within an hour of waking up keeps your insulin levels steady. LDL cholesterol level will also be lowered.
  2. Destress. Research indicates that the secretion of a hormone in your body produces during times of stress is directly related to the increase in belly fat. Destress yourself by sleeping for about 7hours during the night. Do not use harsh lights just before sleeping. Do not stare at mobile, laptops, computers screens before going to bed. Doing so it might disturb your sleep.
  3. Walk 10,000 steps a day. Make sure you walk. Avoid using lift or escalators.  Walk instead of taking out your vehicle. make a point to take 30 steps every half an hour.
  4. Switch in for whole grains. Whole grains have high fibre. they help in the digestion process. and hence keep your metabolic system healthy.
  5. Fruits in diet:  Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, consume low-fat dairy products. Do not eat red meat. But consume white or fish or poultry. These will give you lot of proteins and nutrients.
  6. Drink lots of water:  Drink a lot of water. Drink at least 12 glasses of water every day. The water will help you hydrated. Avoid drinking hydrated drinks. This will, in turn, increase your weight.
  7. Exercise:  Daily exercise is very much required. run at the top speed for 20 sec. Do yoga and also any kind of exercise that keeps you healthy.
  8. Avoid junk food: Do not consume junk food. They are dangerous for health.
