Dragon fruit can be used to prepare salads, smoothies, and kebabs.
Dragon Fruit Smoothie
- Milk – ½ cup
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Chopped dragon fruit
- Dry fruits or nuts for garnishing
- Ice cubes (optional)
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients and blend until you get a thick consistency.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into a glass or a cup. Garnish with finely-chopped almonds or dry fruits as per taste.
Dragon Fruit Kebabs
- Dragon fruit
- Kiwi, Pineapple
- Edible Oil
- Pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut all the fruits in cubes, brush them with little oil
- Place them on a grill plate.
- Grill them for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on them and serve
Dragon Fruit Salad
- Dragon fruit
- Strawberries, Bananas, Apples, Papaya any fruit that you wish to eat
- Honey or Chocolate syrup
- In a bowl mix all the cut fruits (cut in desired shapes)
- Refrigerate them for few mins.
- Dress it with sufficient amount of honey or chocolate syrup
